Journey to Self – Mental Health and Well-Being
World Peace Begins With Inner Peace. Journey to Self helps youth become centered and confident individuals through enhancing their mental health and well-being. Programs include:
• Unfiltered Emotions Podcast Series – A candid mental health podcast featuring therapist Dr. Michelle Magida, tackling real-life struggles and emotional wellness.
• Mindful Connections Podcast Series – A mental health podcast series in partnership with Open Mind Health, offering expert insights on emotional resilience and self-care.
• Spiritual Empowerment Circles – helping young people become their best selves and create more meaningful connections.
• Special podcasts and workshops – with experts in mindfulness, meditation, self-care, and much more.
